ZOKAL refurbishes quickfill stations for several underground coal mines in NSW

Our refurbishment process ensures an as-new quickfill station is returned to site ready for operation.

Zokal refurbishment and service regime consists of:

Hydrostatic testing of high-pressure air storage cylinders

High-frequency ultrasonic cleaning of all components prior to service

Following cleaning, servicing and new parts replacement for all components including cylinder valves, sequential valves, pressure regulator, poppet check valves, non-return valves, quickfill valves, particulate filters, control valve, pressure gauges, refill hoses & fittings.

If required crack repairs, blast and painting of quickfill station and storage cylinders.

Tubing repairs or modification.

Pressure testing of all components and complete system to 350 bar

Air analysis and supporting documentation

The CABA Quickfill Station is returned to the site as new and ready for another ten years of trouble-free operation (OUR GUARANTEE).
